On April 22nd in Luxembourg, on the sidelines of the summit between foreign ministers of the European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council, the Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani met the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
The parties discussed the common will to work together for a de-escalation in the Middle East and the commitment of the Italian Presidency of the G7 for peace and stability in the region, as well as joint initiatives regarding humanitarian aid.
