The Italian writer and director Alice Rohrwacher has been confirmed as Master in the 5th edition of the Doha Film Institute’s Qumra, to be held from March 15 to 20, an initiative that seeks to provide mentorship, nurturing, and hands-on development for filmmakers from Qatar and around the world. The Qumra Masters will share their insights with emerging film-makers, provide feedback on projects in consultation sessions and discuss their own inspiring creative journeys in daily masterclasses, with the aim to expand support for the development of international young talents from.
