Pasquale Salzano, participated in the first edition of the event \u201cCooking class with the Ambassador\u201d, which was held on June 19th, 2019, in Doha at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, with the Italian chef Giorgio Shifferegger from \u201cSan Clemente\u201d Kempinski Hotel in Venice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The masterclass \u2013 which was attended by food bloggers, influencers and press \u2013 was an opportunity to promote in Qatar Italian culinary traditions, aromas and food culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following the instructions and suggestions of Chef Shifferegger, participants challenged themselves in preparing some Italian traditional recipes: mozzarella in carrozza, spaghetti alle vongole e tiramis\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the masterclass Ambassador Salzano explained the origin of the products and the regional traditions of the ingredients, highlighting the importance of raising awareness among the new generations on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and attention to quality food.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Ambassador of Italy to the State of Qatar, H.E.
