NOTICE FOR YOUNG ITALIAN ARTISTS ABROAD: SECOND EDITION OF “VIVO D’ARTE – ARTI PERFORMATIVE”

The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has issued a notice on "Vivo d’Arte – Arti Performative", in collaboration with Fondazione Romaeuropa and MiBACT.

The objective of this initiative is to enhance and support the creativity and talent of young Italian artists under the age of 36 residing permanently abroad, with the aim of promoting integration and exchange between different cultures.

Also for the year 2020, the Prize will be divided in two sections: the first for Performative Arts (music, theatre and contemporary dance) and the second for Visive Arts (figurative arts, sculpture, art video).

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THE APPLICATIONS IS MARCH 31ST, 2020 (AT 23:59 ITALIAN TIME).

The winning project will be performed in occasion of the next Romaeuropa Festival edition, taking place in Rome, October 21st 2020. Project expenses for its creation and production will be covered by the Prize up to a maximum of 10.000 euro gross. More information can be found in the notice.

The notice “Arti Performative” will be followed by the launch of the second edition of “Vivo d’Arte – Arti Visive” during the next months. The winner will be hosted as resident artist at the Museo d'Arte Moderna di Bologna (MAMbo), partner of the initiative.
